TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arrival Supply website and the purchase of products and services from Arrival Supply Pty Ltd (“Arrival Supply”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Arrival Supply provides thoughtfully curated furniture packages together with optional upgrades, additional furniture, delivery, project coordination and professional white-glove installation.
Package contents, specifications, pricing and available options may vary between developments, projects and collections.
2. Orders
Orders become binding once:
- your order has been confirmed by Arrival Supply; and
- any required deposit has been received.
Arrival Supply reserves the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order where pricing errors, product availability issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control occur.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices remain subject to change until your order has been confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment terms may vary between projects and developments.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit is required to secure your order.
- The remaining balance must be paid before delivery and installation.
Arrival Supply reserves the right to delay production, delivery or installation until all outstanding amounts have been paid.
5. Product Availability & Substitutions
Every Arrival Supply collection has been carefully curated around specific products, materials and finishes.
While we make every effort to supply the products shown, availability may occasionally be affected by supplier changes, discontinued products, manufacturing delays or circumstances beyond our control.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, Arrival Supply may substitute it with a product of comparable quality, design, functionality and value.
Where a substitute is proposed, we will work with you to preserve the overall design intent of your selected collection and provide details of the recommended alternative.
If a suitable replacement cannot be agreed upon, we will discuss alternative options, including a credit or refund for the affected item where appropriate.
6. Product Variations
Many products use natural materials including timber, stone, leather and textiles.
Colour, grain, texture, veining and finish may vary from product photography, showroom samples or previous production runs.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
7. Customisations & Upgrades
Where you select custom finishes, upholstery, materials, upgrades or optional pieces, those selections become part of your order once confirmed.
Customised or made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled or returned except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
8. Delivery & Installation
Arrival Supply coordinates delivery and installation as close to your anticipated settlement date as reasonably possible.
Estimated installation dates may change due to:
- construction delays;
- settlement changes;
- supplier lead times;
- freight delays;
- building access;
- lift bookings;
- weather;
- or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
While we aim to install your furniture as close to settlement as possible, Arrival Supply cannot guarantee installation on a specific date.
9. Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property.
Additional charges may apply where installation cannot proceed due to:
- restricted access;
- unavailable lift bookings;
- incorrect property information;
- delayed settlement;
- unsafe site conditions;
- or circumstances outside Arrival Supply’s control.
10. Storage
Where installation cannot proceed due to delays beyond Arrival Supply’s control, including settlement delays or restricted site access, we may hold your completed order in storage for a reasonable period.
Extended storage charges may apply where delays continue beyond this period.
11. White-Glove Installation
Unless otherwise stated, white-glove installation includes:
- delivery to your property;
- furniture assembly where required;
- placement throughout your home;
- removal of packaging; and
- a final quality inspection.
Installation does not include electrical work, plumbing, wall mounting or other building works unless expressly agreed.
12. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers once payment has been received in full.
Risk transfers upon successful delivery and installation.
13. Inspection
Customers should inspect their furniture upon installation and notify Arrival Supply of any transit damage, missing items or manufacturing concerns within seven (7) days.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
14. Warranty
Products supplied by Arrival Supply are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Five (5) Year Structural Warranty
- One (1) Year Manufacturing Warranty
Warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- accidental damage;
- misuse;
- improper care;
- commercial use where products are intended for residential environments.
15. Returns & Cancellations
As many products are made to order or sourced specifically for each customer, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
16. Photography
With your consent, Arrival Supply may photograph completed installations for marketing, editorial or promotional purposes.
We will not publish images containing identifiable occupants or personal information without your permission.
Consent may be withdrawn for future marketing use at any time.
17. Referral & Commercial Partnerships
Arrival Supply works with property developers, builders, project marketers, designers and other commercial partners.
From time to time:
- Arrival Supply may pay referral fees or commissions;
- Arrival Supply may receive referral fees or commissions; or
- commercial arrangements may exist between Arrival Supply and project partners.
These commercial relationships do not affect the price payable by the customer unless expressly stated.
18. Third-Party Products & Services
Arrival Supply may recommend third-party products or services.
Where products or services are supplied directly by another business, that supplier’s own terms and conditions apply.
Arrival Supply is not responsible for goods or services supplied by third parties.
19. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure all information on our website is accurate.
Images are intended as a guide only and may include optional upgrades, styling items or accessories not included within a package.
Specifications, dimensions and finishes may change without notice where reasonably necessary.
20. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, product photography, layouts and graphics, remains the property of Arrival Supply or its licensors.
No material may be reproduced without written permission.
21. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
22. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrival Supply’s liability is limited to:
- repairing the goods;
- replacing the goods;
- supplying equivalent goods; or
- refunding the purchase price.
Arrival Supply is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
24. Force Majeure
Arrival Supply will not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial disputes, supplier failure, shipping delays, pandemics, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
